NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 004890 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and BRET FOOTE; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC. CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES 2005-G; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 1, TOWN OF BEE RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
