NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 14th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-011520, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and RAY SIMMERS; BELLA VILLINO I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAY SIMMERS N/K/A NANCY SIMMERS; JANE DOE A/K/A PATRICIA ARCE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 122, BUILDING A, BELLA VILLINO I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT # 2005084799, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 35, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
