NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 003165 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-OPT4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT4, is Plaintiff and DORIS A. STOVALL; ET AL, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 11th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS COMMITMENT IS DESCRIBED AS ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN CITY OF SARASOTA IN THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA, AND STATE OF FL AND BEING DESCRIBED IN A DEED DATED 07/16/2002 AND RECORDED IN 07/16/2002 AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2002115665 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF THE COUNTY AND STATE SET FORTH ABOVE, AND REFERENCED AS FOLLOWS:

LOT 35, MEADOW WALK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 28, 28A-28C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
