BOOK 783, PAGES 172 THROUGH 252, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 7 THROUGH 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
