UNIT B, BUILDING 201, CONDOMINIUM NUMBER 5 OF BEACON LAKES, INC., AKA BEACON LAKES CONDOMINIUM 5-C, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AND A PERCENTAGE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 783, PAGES 172 THROUGH 252, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 7 THROUGH 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
