NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-007647 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein LaSalle Bank National Association as Trustee for the Registered Holders of Bear Sterns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2007-HE4 Asset Backed Certificate Series 2007-HE4, is Plaintiff and RODNEY W. TURLEY, UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ROCBERT L. TURLEY, DECEASED, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIM AS SPOUCES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASIGNEES, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; AND CHARLES BAKER, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 12th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 22, Block “Q”, LENRAY HEIGHTS, as per Plat thereof Recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 43, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Located: 2773 17th Street Sarasota, Florida 34234.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
