Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
LOT 10, SOUTHPOINTE SHORES, UNIT NO. 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF R RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on FEBRUARY 4, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statues.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
