NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2014, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-003102-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association as Trustee of RAMP 2007RS1 is the Plaintiff and Jennifer K. Sefchick; The Unknown Spouse of Jennifer K. Sefchick; Citibank (South Dakota), N.A.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Savings Mortgage Corporation; The Verandahs at Pasco Community Association, Inc. ; Verandahs Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 11th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 173, VERANDAHS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
