NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 30, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2010 CA 003065 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY , ROBERT BANKS, ROBERT B. BANKS, SHANNON BANKS, SHANNON W. BANKS, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, GULF GATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of February, 2014 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 7, Block 64, Gulf Gate, Unit 15, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 45 and 45A of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
