NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 000849 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. F/K/A CITICORP MORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and CHARLES NOLAND; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on February 7, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 14727 & 14728, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 56, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
