CARO A/K/A JOSE LUIS CARO; JULIO GONZALEZ; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 13 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 61 AND 62, IN BLOCK 2188, OF CAPE CORAL, UNIT 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, AT PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
