NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 011832 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and LEON C. KENYON, JR., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE JOSEPH NEAL KENYON TRUST, DATED 10/31/2001; ISPC; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH NEAL KENYON, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE JOSEPH NEAL KENYON TRUST, DATED 10/31/2001; WILLIAM SAMUELS/APPROVED ROOFING INCORPORATED; MARY B. KENYON, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE JOSEPH NEAL KENYON TRUST, DATED 10/31/2001; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on February 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 13 AND SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 14, BLOCK G, SAPPHIRE HEIGHTS, UNIT NO. 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 142, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
