NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 23, 2008, and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 009676 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and DEBRA A. DOHERTY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBRAH A. DOHERTY; JOHN DOE N/K/A ERICA GRADY are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on February 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK “A” HILLCREST PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
