NOTICE is hereby given that Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 14th day of February, 2014, at 9:00 A.M., EST, via the online auction site, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, to wit:
Commence at the most southerly corner of Lot 6, Block “E”, SORRENTO SHORES, recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 59 and 59A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, thence North 58°43'50” West along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 6 a distance of 24.96 feet; thence Southerly along the arc of a curve concave to the East, having a radius of 50.0 feet thru a central angle of 30°00'41”, a distance of 26.19 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence North 58°43'50” West parallel to said Southwesterly line of Lot 6 and 25.0 feet therefrom, a distance of 54.76 feet; thence South 30°29'00” West a distance of 345 feet more or less, to the waters of Blackburn Bay; thence Southeasterly along said waters, 120 feet more or less to a point bearing South 26°49'44” West from the point of intersection of the extension of the Southwesterly line of Lots 5 and 6 and the centerline of Vanderkloot Drive; thence North 26°49'44” East, 300.00 feet more or less to a point 50.0 feet South 26°49'44” West from said point of intersection; thence Northwesterly along the arc of a curve having a radius of 50.0 feet thru a central angle of 64°25'45” a distance of 56.22 feet to the Point of Beginning. pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
