Final Judgment was awarded on October 9, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 51-2009-CA-6229-ES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, JOSE L. GOMEZ; EDDY GOMEZ; CARMEN GOMEZ; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
