NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009 -CA -010920- NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION) AS TRUSTEE FOR LXS 2007-6 is the Plaintiff and RICARDO ROJO BECKER; TENANT #1 N/K/A GLORIA HERSEY are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 4th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
