NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 22, 2013 sale dated and Order on Motion to Reset Foreclosure scheduled for March 3, 2014 and entered in Case No.: 2008-CA-010244-ES/J4, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida., WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL OR BANKING CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR SRMOF REO 2009-1 TRUST, and MARCELINO PAVAO; SUSANA PAVAO;UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendant(s).
