BEARING ARE BASED ON THE SOUTH LINE OF THE WEST ONE HALF (W 1/2) OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE QUARTER (SE 1/4) OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST AS BEARING S 89 DEGREES 21 MINUTES 53 SECONDS E.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
