Myers, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and RONALD L. GUERRAZZI A/K/A RONALD GUERRAZZI, DENISE GUERRAZZI, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00 am on 6 day of February, 2014 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
LOTS 33 AND 34, BLOCK 514, UNIT 13, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 56 THROUGH 60, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
