NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2013, entered in Case No. 522012CA009319XXCICI SEC 33 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and Charles E. Munson; Kathy A. Munson, a/k/a Kathy F. Munson; United States of America; City of Saint Petersburg, Florida; Bank of America, N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 42.5 FEET OF LOT 12 AND EAST 32.5 FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK 1, SIRMONS ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 20, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
