NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-010021-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificate Holders CWABS, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-IM3, is the Plaintiff and Peter Tran, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, Unknown Spouse of Peter Tran, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 18th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, BLUE WATER COVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLATBOOK 80, PAGE 45 THROUGH 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
