NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of January, 2014 and entered in Case No. 12-630-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein BAY ARBOR PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MARK PASCHOPOULOS and MARY E. PASCHOPOULOS are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M, on the 18th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
