NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-010520XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and MARGARITA GONZALEZ, EDGAR OLGA, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 10th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 34, less the East 6.0 feet thereof and the East 20.0 feet of Lot 35, Block 6, FRANKLIN HEIGHTS, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in plat Book 14, Pages 17 through 20, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1146 54th Ave N Saint Petersburg, Florida 33703.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
