NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure datedDECEMBER 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-014530 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”), is the Plaintiff and ANTONISHA L. FULLER-GAINEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTONISHA L. FULLER-GAINEY N/K/A GELRAY GAINEY; JOHN DOE; MHD LENDING LLC; MARY DOE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on February 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST ½ OF LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK B, OF NO. 1 SPRINGFIELD SUB DIV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
