NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 8th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 06 1881 CI DIV 21, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and MARK F. VAN SICE, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK F. VAN SICE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 11th day of February, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, LESS THE WEST 12 FEET THEREOF, AND THE WEST 28 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK 5, NORTH EUCLID EXTENSION SUBDIVISION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
