NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 12, 2013, entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-00502 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and Nancy Domanico, a/k/a Nancy V. Domanico; Nancy V. Domanico, as Trustee of the Nancy V. Domanico Trust Agreement dated February 3, 2010; The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Nancy V. Domanico Trust Agreement dated February 3, 2010; LSG Community Association, Inc.: Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of February 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 67, BLOCK G, LAKE ST. GEORGE UNIT VIII-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGES 10 AND 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND COVENANTS OF RECORD.
