NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-009779-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and MARK BIRNBAUM A/K/A MARK D. BIRNBAUM, et al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 11th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, OZONA TRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 127, PAGES 25 AND 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 588 Bat Street Palm Harbor, Florida 34683
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
