NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 012273 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LITTON LOAN SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and Michael C. Cumby, Laura L. Cumby, Bank of America, N.A., Citifinancial Services, Inc., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 11th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 7, SECOND ADDITION TO ISLE OF PALMS, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 39, Page 28-29, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 11460 9th Street E, Treasure Island, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
