NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 010716 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 1, 2005 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-WHQ4, is Plaintiff and , Kiambu Mudada a/k/a David Lee Ferguson a/k/a David Ferguson; City of St. Petersburg, Florida; Colonial Credit Corporation Assignee of Forward Properties Assignee of Household Bank, Unknown Spouse of Kiambu Mudada a/k/a David Lee Ferguson a/k/a David Ferguson, Unknown Tenant(s), are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 17th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 7, Revised Map of Hollywood Addition, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page(s) 18, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas County was formely a part.
Property Address: 1601 12th Street South, St. Petersburg, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
