NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 14, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-007160 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and ROSA KHOURY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CORTEZ OF CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ELIZABETH ESPINAL are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/04/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 3804-C,BUILDING 1, CORTEZ OF CARROLL WOOD ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED JULY 9, 1979 AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3543 ON PAGE 86 AND IN PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
