NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-013700, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2006-AA3, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL TRZINSKI A/K/A MICHAEL A. TRZINSKI A/K/A MICHAEL ALAN TRZINSKI MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION, INC AS NOMINEE FOR E-LOAN, INC; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 12th day of February, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 114, HOLDCROFT HEIGHTS UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
