NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-010771, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and CATHERINE KELLY A/K/A CATHERINE L. KELLY, RICHARD J. KELLY and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 12th day of February, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 75 FEET OF LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK 4, MAP OF VIOLA P. KEENEY'S SUBDIVISION OF LOT 3 AND N.S. PATTEN'S SUBDIVISION OF LOT 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK H-1, PAGE 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
