NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-006070-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FINANCIAL FREEDOM ACQUISITION, LLC, is the Plaintiff and SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CACH LLC; CAPITAL ONE FSB; ERIN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC; GULF COAST ASSISTANCE, LLC; LVNV FUNDING LLC; UNKNOWN HEIRS AND OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF VICKI S. ROSE A/K/A VICKI ROSE FRONA; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF STEVEN SHOWERS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on February 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 192, BROOKWOOD FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED AS PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBILC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
