Final Judgment was awarded on September 20, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 29-2010-CA-021555, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO DELAWARE TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VERICREST OPPORTUNITY LOAN TRUST 2011-NPL1, is the Plaintiff, and, JOHN GERALD GRAMLICH; KATHERINE GRAMLICH; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
