NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2013, and entered in 09-014197-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-HE1 TRUST, is the Plaintiff and JOHN M GRAVES; CHRISTIANA L GRAVES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); JOHN GRAVES are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on February 12, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, LESS THE WEST 18 FEET THEREOF, AND THE WEST 29 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK âFâ, OAK RIDGE NO. 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF PARTIALLY VACATED STREET ABUTTING SAID PARCEL ON THE NORTH, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 23.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
