NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2014 , and entered in 12-009877-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORES, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL L. MELNICK A/K/A MICHAEL LOUIS MELNICK; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; TOWN SHORES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT, NO 217, INC, A CONDOMINIUM; ECKERD COLLEGE, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT; ROBERT J. MYERS, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL L MELNICK AKA MICHAEL LOUIS MELNICK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on February 12, 2014 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WINDSOR HOUSE UNIT 411 OF TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 217, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 60, 61 AND 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4305, PAGE 1619, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
