U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for the C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2007-RP1, Plaintiff and VICTOR LOPEZ A/K/A VICTOR J LOPEZ A/K/A VICTOR J LOPEZ JR. A/K/A VICTOR JUAN LOPEZ JR; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE on this February 10th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, dated December 2nd, 2008:
