NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2010, and Order Directing the Clerk of Court to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale dated January 10, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-31780 Div. F, in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LEHMAN BROTHERS SMALL BALANCE COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, 2006-3, is the plaintiff, and TERENCE B. CRAMER and NANCY H. CRAMER, AS TRUSTEES OF THE CRAMER FAMILY LIVING TRUST UTD DECEMBER 14, 2004; DEALER SERVICES CORPORATION, A/K/A DISCOVER DSC CORPORATION; AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE CORPORATION; MANHEIM AUTOMOTIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.; TERENCE B. CRAMER, individually; NANCY H. CRAMER, individually; CRAMER CORPORATION, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash except as set forth hereinafter, on February 26, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., via the Internet at the Hillsborough County Clerk's website for electronic on-line auctions at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lot B, Block 3, of PALM SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 26, page 129, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS that part being described as follows:
Begin at the Northeast corner of said Lot “B”; thence South (assumed), along the East boundary of said Lot “B”, a distance of 286.0 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot “B”, thence South 89º54'15” West along the South boundary of said Lot “B”, 138.73 feet; thence North 00º02'04” West, 114.05 feet, thence North 89º54'32” East, 10.42 feet, thence North 00º01'46” West 172.14 feet to the North boundary of said Lot “B”, thence North 89º50'32” East along the North boundary of said Lot “B”, 128.53 feet to the Point of beginning.
