LOT 94, LESS THE EASTERLY 15 FEET THEREOF TOGETHER WITH THE EASTERLY 30 FEET OF LOT 95, SUNSET HIGHLANDS UNIT 4, PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 43, PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., on February 18, 2014
