NOTICE is hereby given that Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 18th day of March, 2014, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., EST, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
