NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08016398CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and FERDINAND MARABELLA A/K/A FERDINAND MIRABELL, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, CITY OF SAFETY HARBOR and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 12th day of February, 2014 at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 IN BLOCK 1 OF HARBOR OAKS ESTATES UNIT II, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEROF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, ON PAGE 46 AND 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
