NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed January 15, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-008598-CI-33 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and PAUL VANDEBURGT, TANYA VANDEBURGT, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a HELEN SOTO, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 16, 2014, at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 10, Block A, SALLS' SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 38, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
