Book 3801, Page 259, and according to the Condominium Plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 39, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements and stated in said Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the above Condominium Unit.
