NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2012-CA-018732-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and THUY H. HOANG, VILLAGEWALK AT LAKE NONA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., THUY-TIEN T. HOANG and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 20th day of February, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 383, VILLAGEWALK AT LAKE NONA UNITS 1D AND 1E, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGES 42 THRU 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
