NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 6, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-035187-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and John J. Laskos; Denise M. Laskos; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 12th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 114, Butler Bay - Unit Three, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 4 through 9, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
