BLACK-FRANCIS A/K/A DEBORAH BLACK-FRANCIS; HASHEEM FRANCIS; BASIL P BLACK; LUDEL I BLACK; SUNTRUST BANK; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 03/04/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
