NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-018668-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and HECTOR M. MALDONADO; ANA MALDONADO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CLUB COURTS AT MEADOW WOODS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 12 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, CLUB COURTS AT MEADOW WOODS PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
