NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-009037 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2007-B, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES INABS 2007-B UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and ALEXANDER ZOUZOULAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEXANDER ZOUZOULAS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LARRY S. WAGNER; PRA III, LLC; STAR INSURANCE COMPANY; TOWNHOMES AT HARPER PLACE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 12 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15 OF TOWNHOMES AT HARPER PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 35 AND 36, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
