NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-003892 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff and MICHELLE M ALOMAR, RAFAEL DOMINGUEZ-JIMENEZ, HEATHER GLEN AT MEADOW WOODS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 18th day of February, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, HEATHER GLEN AT MEADOW WOODS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 134 THROUGH 139 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
