NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 20th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-035325-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and HELIANA FORERO, TIMBER POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, LUIS FELIPE BUITRAGO A/K/A LUIS BUITRAGO A/K/A LUIS FELIP BUITRAGO and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 19th day of February, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 125, TIMBER POINTE-PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGES 120 THROUGH 124, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
