NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 26th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-012812-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB. is the Plaintiff and PERVEZ AKHTER, BANK OF AMERICA, NA, FALCON TRACE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., SOUTHCHASE-WEST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., GHAZALA AKHTER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S)IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 18th day of February, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49, FALCON TRACE UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 97-98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
